And for the past six weeks, Muftiah can no longer bear any clothing next to her skin, needing a cooling fan directed at her body at all times...!
And last but not least, the dreaded Ancestral Purification migraines since she was almost 12 years old, begun the day before she started her first period in New York...!
Muftiah's ancestors were of Italian nobility, the city of Turin bearing her family name on her mother's side, and because some of them greatly abused their positions of power over the people for hundreds of years, she, christened as Graziella, meaning "little Grace of God", began to purify their gross cruelty to their fellow human beings, already at that tender age...!
(One of her ancestors, the father of the famous composer of the opera "II Pagliacci", Ruggerio Leoncavallo, being her great great uncle... was even a judge, with supreme power to determine whether someone should live or die! - Muftiah is also descended from the famous violin maker, Amati...)
All these unpleasant symptoms Muftiah bears gladly, trying patiently and sincerely to submit herself in 100% surrender to THE POWER OF THE ONE ALLAH ALMIGHTY GOD... throughout all her waking and sleeping hours...
For the past 11 years, since her serious Training for "Now Inner Life Only" began, whenever Muftiah wanted to see a doctor to relieve some of her suffering, she would always Receive: "No doctor - only ALLAH is your doctor!"
And on the few occasions that she willfully went to see a doctor anyway, it usually culminated in very little benefit, and more often than not, the doctors caused her more suffering than before she saw them...!
Muftiah Is Not Permitted, in this Open Letter to her many SUBUD Brothers and Sisters throughout the world, to type "I" in referring to herself, and humbly asks forgiveness, should it be offensive to see "Muftiah" typed so many times...
For the past 11 years, throughout every single hour of her day, ALLAH Often Reminds her...:
"Obey ALLAH..." and "ALLAH Guiding..."
And throughout her being surges great Love for her CREATOR, her Beloved HEAVENLY FATHER... ALLAH ALMIGHTY GOD... and she responds joyfully...:
"Oh yes ALLAH... ALLAH... ALLAH..."
For the past 11 years, whenever ALLAH Wishes HIS daughter Muftiah to now surrender herself to HIM in the Latihan Kejiwaan, obeying instantly, HE Will Fill Her Right Eye With Tears...
And if she is slow to obey, HE Will Fill Her Left Eye With Tears Also, until she can no longer see anything in front of her... not her beloved husband Farlan.. nor her adorable cat Nu-Nu... not the pages of the book she is writing, or reading... nor the crossword puzzle she is solving... or the TV screen she is watching...
And she has no other recourse but to "Obey ALLAH, and submit herself in instant surrender to ALLAH in the Latihan Kejiwaan, so that the door to very necessary Purification, and very necessary Spiritual Growth and Development... May Be Opened For Her... BY THE POWER OF THE ONE ALLAH ALMIGHTY GOD...
This is how her CREATOR has been Training HIS daughter, first gently... as her HEAVENLY FATHER... when HE Named her Laura... but then very seriously... as ALLAH... when HE Named her Muftiah... every single day of her GOD-Willed life... ever since she came back to America in 1971... since she was almost 12 years old... en route to Europe... from Japan... in 1942...:-
Upon awakening, she is first of all... to surrender every bit of her being to her CREATOR, THE ONE ALLAH ALMIGHTY GOD, throwing herself in submission to HIS WILL for her... then willingly accept gladly, 100 per cent... whatever HE Wills for her... even if it is painful, with a feeling of sincere patience...
