From then on... there was a very real Feeling of "Dying"... inside Muftiah... with her Jiwa... continuing... now even outside of Latihan... To Frequently... Painfully Push... Against Her Chest... Wanting To Be Released...!
And it continued... for about a month... when further Inner Guidance Came...:
"Now Call Up... As The Names Come To You... SUBUD Sisters You Gave Been Associated With... In The Past... As BAPAK's Helper... Asking Them For Their Forgiveness... Telling Them Of Your Receiving... And Inviting Them... To Participate... In A Vigil... On The Night Of October 27th... Either In Person... Or In Spirit... And Bidding Them Farewell..."
Muftiah obeyed... Being Nade also... to bid farewell... to her estranged Contessa mother... in South Africa... telling her about the Receiving... asking her forgiveness... and inviting her... to participate... in Spirit... in a Vigil... on the night of October 27th...
Even though it had been some eight years... since communicating with each other.. the last time being... when Farlan Received to Write to her... to ask her permission... to marry her daughter... preferring to watch the Bill Cosby Show... she had passed her phone... to her granddaughter... Jaqueline...!
Muftiah Was Even Made... to call up her ex-husband Mark... in Miami... telling him of her Receiving... asking his forgiveness... and bidding him farewell...!
Not quite understanding... puzzled... he had asked querulously...:
"Are you going to commit suicide...?!"
And she felt like his grandmother... realizing that they had grown... worlds apart...!
When the day of October 27th dawned... Muftiah was in a "High Flying State"... which Progressed... as the day wore on... with ALLAH Commanding her... many times...:
"Now Wash Body And Hair...!"
...and she obeying HIM...
And when the evening came... the Hateley's humble home... was filled with SUBUD Brothers and Sisters... from all over California... the atmosphere warm and loving...
Although Isnaini... was not officially a Helper yet... it was ALLAH'S WILL.. that she be Muftiah's Helper... at that time...
Isnaini... soon after becoming Ismana... was Muftiah's reincarnated... beloved little "Itoko" (cousin)... with whom she had recently been joyfully reunited... at the San Francisco SUBUD House...
And during the weeks... since they had both first Received... about the pending God-Willed Stroke... independent of each other... Isnaini would frequently call Muftiah up... and tell her... how she would often Be Taken Up "to Heaven"... no matter where she happened to be... And Have Things Revealed To Her... By ALLAH ALMIGHTY GOD...
Whether walking down the street... or riding on the bus... or at work... at the Japanese Bank... in bed... or in her bathtub... she would suddenly find herself... Switched Off... From This World... And Experience Some Kind Of Special "Heavenly State"... And Then Be Told... To Come Back To Earth... Wth Messages For Muftiah...!
For instance... she Was Told... that...:
"ALLAH Is Pleased With Muftiah... Muftiah Has Accomplished Her Life... And Work... In The World... According To ALLAH'S WILL For Her"... and...
"Muftiah Need No Longer... Have To Come Back To Earth Again...!"...
Isnaini said... that she envied Muftiah... because she had seen the special chair in Heaven... for Muftiah... and that "they are waiting for you... because you are some kind of "queen"!... making Muftiah weep... with happy joy each time... praising ALLAH... within herself... and out loud...
At about 10 o'clock... Isnaini now signalled... that it was time for Latihan Kejiwaan... and much washed... squeaky clean Muftiah... and her SUBUD Sisters... retired to her bedroom... to surrender themselves... in the what Muftiah now sincerely believed... to be her very last Latihan Kejiwaan on earth... because of her and Isnaini's Identical Joint Receiving...
And her SUBUD Brothers... did their Latihan Kejiwaan... in the living room...
Muftiah told her dear Sisters... to help themselves... to her clothes and jewelry... after their Worship was over... laughingly adding... that they not fight over them...
Soon after Latihan Kejiwaan began... as she heard Isnaini Command out loud...:
"Open Wide The Gates!"...
Muftiah lost consciousness... and was very surprised... to awaken... about seven hours later... and find herself... still in this world...!
She Felt Very Strange And Weak... With The Sensation... Of A Great Pressure... Inside Her Head... And Her Face... Was All Swollen Up... And Down The Left Side... Of Her Body... There Was The Sensation... Of A Paralyzing Numbness...
Instantly becoming very concerned... for Isnaini's Faith... as she stood by her bedside... with everybody else gone home... Muftiah asked her... whether she was disappointed... to which Isnaini... after a moment... quietly and sincerely replied... to Muftiah's great relief...:
"No"...
